Initial deep-dive assessment

We’ll begin with a 45–60 min consultation, in-depth questionnaires, and full training/nutrition history review to ensure your plan is 100% personalised to you from day one.

Customised roadmap and program design

You’ll receive a clearly structured long-term coaching roadmap, outlining every phase — from improvement blocks to cutting — with custom plans for training, nutrition, supplementation and activity.

Bespoke training plan

Your programming is tailored to enhance strength, performance, and physique development, while addressing imbalances and injury prevention. Updated every 4–8 weeks based on your progression.

Tailored nutrition strategy

Your nutrition plan will be crafted to support your physique and performance goals, using nutrient-dense foods, biofeedback markers and regular updates to reflect your progress.

Weekly check-ins

Each week you’ll complete detailed check-in forms, share photos and exercise footage, and receive in-depth feedback via Google Meet or video to keep you on track.

Blood work analysis

For those needing a deeper look at health, we’ll review blood work to optimise internal health, hormone balance and long-term performance.

Daily support and accountability

Daily support and accountability
You’ll have direct access to coaching support, daily training feedback, and all key questions answered within 24–48 hours. Deeper discussions are saved for our weekly review.

  • This depends on your starting point and how consistent you are with the plan. Most clients begin to feel and see noticeable changes within the first 4–6 weeks. However, this coaching is built for long-term, sustainable transformation — not just quick fixes.

  • You’ll need to commit to 4–6 training sessions per week, nutrition compliance, and weekly check-ins. But more than that, it requires honesty, communication and showing up — even when it's hard. That’s where real change happens.

  • Absolutely. My coaching isn’t generic. It’s detailed, strategic and entirely tailored to you. If you follow through and communicate consistently, you’ll not only get results — you’ll learn how to maintain them long-term.

  • Not at all. While I coach athletes and comp-prep clients, many of my clients are everyday women ready to level up. Whether it’s a lifestyle transformation or stage prep, your program will be designed specifically around your goals.

  • A detailed onboarding consultation, custom training and nutrition plans, weekly check-ins with video or live feedback, supplement guidance, blood work reviews, full access to a custom app — and daily support to keep you accountable.

  • Yes — your health is the priority. We’ll assess blood work where needed, tailor your plan to support hormone balance and gut health, and make sure your body is functioning optimally while achieving aesthetic results.

  • Once payment and your onboarding form are complete, we’ll lock in your initial consultation. From there, I’ll build out your full plan, get you set up on the app, and guide you step-by-step through your first phase.
